   How might one purchase this suit or some of the other clothes that are photographed but don’t appear for sale anywhere that I can see?

     Hi Charlotte,

     the clothes are for sale in 2 stores in The Netherlands. Menage in Amsterdam en Margreeth Olsthoorn in Rotterdam.
     Otherwise they can be Made to Order. For that, I need measurements (which depend on the garment of choice).
     Color and fabric can be chosen… It will be send by mail or DHL
